We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on unopened, resalable cartons within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Items

  Ensure all flooring is in its original, unopened packaging and secured on a pallet if necessary.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  We will coordinate with our freight partners to schedule a convenient pickup time from your location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once the warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed minus applicable restocking fees.
